Huge variety of guns that you are able to hold if you ask. The staff there are some of the most helpful I've ever experienced in any shop. Even just going there for the experience is 100% worth it, definitely the best Airsoft shop in the UK.

Spoke to Brandon & Natalie this week, both of whom were EXTREMELY helpful!Brandon helped me sort out my gun after the one I was originally going to get went out of stock, so he matched my requirements with something that is perfect.When it arrived (earlier than anticipated), I realised I'd forgotten to get a battery! Cue the phonecall to Natalie: Very knowledgeable about what was required, sorted me out with next day delivery and very friendly to put the icing on the cake!I've only ever shopped at PatrolBase for my airsoft gear, and this week's encounters has cemented my choice to ONLY shop at PatrolBase in the future.Can't thank them enough for the help they've given me!

Avoid like the plague. Order a gun for click and collect which got delivered fine. The issue arises when the gun that was delivered" never arrived rung the number to be on hold for ages to be told nothing to do with us. Ups also said nothing to do with us it's the sellers responsibility. So I ring back eventually get through to be sent an email of the supposed delivery to which I replied and said wasn't there. Only to be ignored and no email reply.So yeah avoid avoid avoid"

AVOID! Sent me out a faulty C02 magazine, when I flagged the fault immediately the returns department implied it was user error. Sent the magazine back and lo and behold their workshop deemed “user error” which it wasn’t at all. They sent me a lovely patronising email with a how to use guide like I’m a novice at this or a child. I own several similar C02 mags and never had a problem. Not happy at all with the way this has been handled. Nothing wrong with getting stuff out to you just be warned if anything is faulty you are going to struggle getting a refund or replacement and probably get blamed for their faulty goods !

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, massive selection and the onsite range is a great addition. Regular customer.Edited 03.11.23.Another show of fantastic customer service this morning when I brought in a WE G34 with a peculiar sticking issue, three members of staff jumped in to help troubleshoot the issue, we ended up raiding the boneyard bin and finding the parts we needed to make it right which coincidentally also made the G34 look absolutely awesome too, the staff were very patient with myself and my little boy who had taken it upon himself to rearrange all the bb bottles on the shelf (sorry) and I left the shop paying a very reasonable price with a working gun. Thanks again guys!

Bought my first lot of Airsoft kit from these guys. Had to go into the store in person a couple times for separate reasons.It was a great experience, store was really nice - smaller than i expected - but had enough cool stuff to look at. The guys that helped me out were Sam & Ian, can’t say thank you enough. Sam made an easy helpful exchange on an item that was an incorrect fit for my pistol. And a HUUUGE shout out to Ian for helping me out with my tracer. What a guy. Has my undying loyalty ok the battlefield.Would highly recommend anyone trying to get into the hobby to go in person into the store to experience it first had, if you live relatively close that is, the guys all seem super knowledgable and it was cool seeing it in person.To quote Mr Schwarzenegger “I’ll be back”If you’re going ask for Ian, he couldn’t do enough for me <3

After calling numerous companies of which either weren’t available or had long winded answers that led to nowhere. I come across Patrol Base, was quickly answered by Natalie - Customer Services Manager who was more than qualified to deal with me. She was almost telepathic when I described what stage I was at and what I wanted. Easy to deal with and I couldn’t recommend her and Patrol Base enough. No nonsense, positive, knowledgeable and helpful! She worked out a great deal for me and I made a payment on the spot. Easy! Said delivery would be roughly 3-4 days but it arrived in 2 as described and as promised!!! What more do you want! Top notch! Richie

Been a few times since reopening after covid and the guys in the shop are great.Went in a couple weeks ago with a leaky mag, had a browse while one of the guys sorted it. Picked up another pistol while I was there, and they even did the price match in-store.Been in today and once again they were great, always full of bits of advice. Looking forward to trying my new RIFs at halo mill now it's back open too!
