Cannot rate these guys highly enough - absolutely faultless service. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable from the point of enquiry to driving away with the car.Mark who I dealt with mostly was extremely helpful, reassuring, and honest. The car was exactly as described when I saw it in person.All my questions were answered quickly, they were very reasonable on part exchange, and it was just an all round very relaxing buying experience.

Brought bmw series 1 from TCL. Very good service and honest guys both Mark and Ben. Had little misunderstand but end of the day everything was solved out quickly.Had issue with the car battery because after one month it became flat so contacted TCL. They offered to pay for battery replacement but after sending the invoice they paid the full amount on the invoice including mobile fitting to me.Appreciated your honesty.Also like to say thanks to Ben for lift to train station.

I have recently purchased my second car from Ben and his team. The service he provides is second to none. I would highly recommend the car collection to anyone looking for a new car. He and his team are very genuine and polite. A* for the car collection. Also just to add, when purchasing both cars I had my kids with me, Ben was very understanding and even let them sit and watch TV whilst we went through the paperwork.

First class company, I spoke to mark a few times over the phone regarding a Volvo XC60 he sent me a couple of videos of the car and he answered any questions I had, top guy thanks mark we love the car and thanks for the coffees they kept me going on the 3 hour trip back home. Update… turbo went after 2 months and the warranty wasn’t worth a carrot

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Mark was very professional and sent me video of the car I was interested in after I called to enquire.I came along to see the car in person and we negotiated a good deal to trade my old car in for this one.I am very happy with the service I received and Mark was very understanding when I had to delay picking up the car due to my baby being born early.I would not hesitate to recommend Mark and this company.Thank you!
