Winfields Outdoors - Feckenham

Their real shop may be fine but just had a very incompetent online shop with them. I ordered a size medium pair of shorts which arrived but were too large so I sent back and requested an exchange for size small. Instead of exchange they cancelled the order and I had to put in another order for small. The shorts arrived but they were size medium! I explained this to customer service who declined to pay for return postage and then said they were sorry I didn’t get the size medium. It shouldn’t be that difficult! I hope no one else has a similar experience but I won’t be ordering from them again

Winfields is a great place to get your outdoor gear. They have a good stock of everything you need at great prices. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and give great advice. Just tell them what you'll be doing and they can recommend clothing and equipment that will suit.The items in stock are really good value, with big outdoor brands often at discounted prices. They sell a great range of camping equipment, and have a field displaying tents so you can have a look inside and also ask questions before buying so you can be sure it will be the right one for you.They sell other items such as outdoors style leisure wear, wellies, and outdoor camping furniture and cooking equipment. An excellent range within, especially when it comes to hiking socks and boots!There's a large free car park round the back.This is my go-to shop for outdoor and camping gear.

What an amazing place to shop for camping equipment, everything you will need all in one shop, tent field so you can see what your buying and absolute amazing staff so helpful would highly recommend a visit

Was looking to buy a Uk mains adaptor, on our visit there were none in stock. The team swiftly ordered one and we were told it could be on the next delivery the day after or the following one. We were kept informed and telephoned when it did arrive after short time scale. Excellent, very friendly and very helpful customer service from the minute we walked in, thank you so much will definitely be back and recommend

A great place and fantastic staff, always happy and welcoming. They have everything and anything you will ever need for the great outdoors adventures, plus an amazing tent display. Some great bargains all the time.

Best customer service I have had in a long time. The staff extremely friendly and very helpful. I was actually served by the manager who went above and beyond to try and solve my issue with a dual pump. It definitely was not a case of no sorry we don’t stock it or no can’t help. I was honestly bowled over by how helpful he was. I really don’t think you can beat that kind of service. Would definitely encourage all to shop at Winfields! I will certainly go back. Jane

Very helpful staff. Good selection of tents, with quite a number put up in a yard behind the shop. Handy shop for all of your camping needs.
