Looking for houses under COVID rules was hard enough as it was let alone trying to plan Our relocation to Andover. However Taylor Hill & Bond made it easier with their friendly customer service and professionalism all the time. Though I did not end up buying via them for my onward move, I would still highly recommend TH&B and Imogen to anyone because they really Listen and are very reliable.

TH&B were helpful, clear and professional throughout from the initial viewing with Imogen. Imogen was fantastic at the beginning of the process, from viewing, to offer acceptance.Jules then took up the running of the process and managed me, the seller, the solicitor and the surveyor making sure the tight timelines were met and information flowed correctly and on time.Very professional but beyond that, a real help by removing confusion and driving through to successful completion.I was the sole purchaser and work long hours each day, without such help I'm sure the purchase would have fallen through. I cannot recommend TH&B highly enough.

Both James & Imogen are highly professional property experts and tried so very hard to find me the right property to buy. I would not hesitate to recommend THB as a buyer and would definitely not regret selling through them in the future as their service is of a high standard. It was just a pity that I couldn’t find a house to buy through them.
