Good shop shame it closes before the time advertise to they close the door on you when your walking across the car park it's happened multiple times by the guy it's just rude you're still open

I walked 15 minutes to here on my lunch break with a parcel only to find out that their scanner wasn't working. Having to walk 30 minutes in the opposite direction to get to the next shop with My Hermes returns. The store was well presented and tidy, staff friendly, and person who served me was apologetic.

Small store in Poole. But small shoping its better. Price little high compare to asda and tesco. Parking space there.

I have used this co-op at least three times a week, spending around £20 per visit. Now I'm realy angry due to the experience I received today, due to the lack of customer service. If the co-op management would like to contact me regarding my issue, and I mean head office. Not the manager of the shop. Thank you. In fact don't bother, I will not be using this shop again. Some of the staff need retraining in there customer service skills, maybe they should take a good look at Marie who is a lovely employee, it's a shame others let the co-op down.
