Great service from helpful and knowledgeable staff who are actually interested in the products they sell and give good advice. Good prices too. Ordered an item which was out of stock in-store for delivery, arrived the next day, very good indeed.

I cannot praise this outlet highly enough, particularly the support that I got from John, when recently upgrading my TV.Not only did he deliver the new TV, but also took the old one away, including the packaging.Unfortunately, there was a fault with the first TV, so it was exchanged for another make. Again, John came to the rescue with some input from Ben, and left me an extremely satisfied customer.This is customer service at its absolute best.What a great team!

Such friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Explained the different speakers and even step us up in the sound room to listen. No pressure at all to purchase. Thank you for your help, Wwuld highly recommend.

I have used Richer Sounds for all of my audio needs for many years both online and in-store. On this occasion I was updating my home cinema system but was unsure what would suit my needs.As always the friendly staff guided me through the many choices and I ended up getting a new Denon receiver, Dali E-12 f sub and Eltac Atmos speakers plus a mass of speaker cable.Now my system rivals Vue cinema, taking Call of Duty and films to a new level, luckily I'm in a detached property or else I may have some complaints! If you want this type of gear then this is the place to go.

I am so impressed with the customer service in Richer Sounds in Maidstone and this is so rare nowadays. They answered my call straight away, had all the information at their fingertips on a TV my Mum bought back in 2017 and best of all they had given us free 6 year warranty. They are courteous, very knowledgeable and nothing like the big Corporate Companies with staff who have, at best, a little knowledge. I would recommend them wholeheartedly - why buy anywhere else??

Outstanding service ! The best prices out there and a 6 Yr warranty on my TV and sound bar/sub woofer set up , Ben the manager served me and he even dropped the delivery fee , 3 days later my items arrived on time by helpful and polite delivery men , and I also got 18months interest free credit ! I highly recommend buying from the professionals !

I cannot ever give enough praise about my experience with this outlet of Richer Sounds.The Staff were so helpful and accommodated all my requirements and beyond.A shame, but the item I bought would not do what I wanted it to do. That was entirely up to me and my expectancies. There was a prompt refund and I was treated extremely well.I would have no qualms about recommending anyone to try this shop for your TV/HiFi requirements. I certainly will!
