Travelodge Liverpool Central

Great hotel in a fab location. Booked a room just for myself and, as a solo female traveller, I was really pleased that the staff member who checked me in put me at ease and made me feel super super safe. He made the effort to put me in a room away from the lift and told me his name so I could come to him if I had any issues. Thank you Jimmy!

Great location but rooms are tired. Was good enough for a stag weekend but our room has clearly been smoked in. Usual cheap and cheerful Travelodge affair bit this hotel Is clearly one of the older properties that has yet to see the new trademark Travelodge interior overhaul. In a great location though slap bang in the middle of everything.

Standard Travel Lodge. Rooms, towels and linen spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable. Nice shower. Area a bit shady. Would think twice about staying there alone again. Very noisy, people slamming doors all evening. The TV sound appeared to be pre set and I couldn't turn it up. Difficult for a hearing impaired person

+ Nice, simple, clean hotel+ Staff were really nice, chatty and helpful+ Hotel is right next to the city centre, which is great for food, shopping, and the nightlife+ TVs have HDMI compatibility and consoles such as a PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch, can be used on them+ Hotel room was clean, spacious, with really nice and comfortable beds- Bathroom wasn't great. Couldn't figure out how to turn the bath and shower on as there was no indication at all to how they worked- Had a faulty hotel card that wouldn't work most of the time when trying to get in/around the hotel. Can be troubling when the main doors shut at 10pm, and you need the card to get in- Outside can be very noisy as there are pubs, clubs and the university nearbyOverall, I can definitely recommend this hotel for a quick, cheap getaway for a few days, just be wary of the bathrooms and the hotel cards. And don't expect expect the surrounding area to be very quiet either.7.5/10

Rooms could be a lot better. Toilets for example have no drainage in the dry area which leads to very easy flooding" of the toilet if the shower curtains are not positioned correctly."

Cheap but centrally located budget hotel. Would recommend booking early to get the best prices and more in line with the standard of accommodation.The staff are friendly and check in and out is straightforward. The hotel and rooms are tired but clean. Beds are very comfortable, perfect for short stays but don't expect anything more than practical accommodation.Very close to Lime Street station and the city centre. With so many good cafés close by, I wouldn't bother with their breakfast offer.

did what it needed to do .. lavazza coffee maker spare pillows .my only criticism was noise down below wanting window open. But its city centre location ..have to expect it .. sub£60 for a Wednesday night offers good value for money too

Great location as we were visiting the Empire Theatre but its dated. The carpets were being renewed whilst there which was good to see but bed was uncomfortable, no hairdryer, shower tray chipped and bathroom floor dirty. There is no air con which made our 1 night stay uncomfortable so had to leave the window open which resulted in being woken by binmen wheeling and emptying industrial bins at 3am! Our room was opposite some flats and would have benefitted from a net curtain as we had to keep the curtains closed during our stay as we were on show. Its a cheap hotel and staff were lovely but probably won't stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable i just felt so relaxed with 2 small dogs everything worked including the lifts. Able to park close to the hotel and there were loads of dog walks .

Nice sized room/good bed/clean/quiet/friendly staff/v centralThought it was a bit expensive, but I was travelling on my own and it was a one night thing, so if staying up for longer and you're a couple then that will even out.
