Katie Smith came to survey our property and phelp us to resolve our pest problem. We were unsure as to whether the pests were rats or mice but knew that something was living in our ceiling.Katie was lovely to deal with. She was very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. She contacted us quickly and was on time for our appointment. She managed to organise and supervise the installation of a roof hatch so we could quickly get to the issue. She clearly understood the typical behaviours of rats and suggested a range of options for us to consider in removing and preventing the re-entry of the rats and so resolving our rat problem.I would highly recommend Katy as a rentokil surveyor / pest controller.
