British Red Cross

Absolutely useless people are working in Red Cross in Peterborough i have problems to challenge nhs with reading English and also facilities I don’t also I have 8 weeks time the lady called me at 330pm 24/8/23 explaining true phone and said no enough people to help you really poor service and they getting pay for nothing even no asked me how much time you have maybe with 15 minutes my problem will be solved I hope someone look at comments and just show them some kindness they are not helping at all.
