Did my roof nearly 4 years ago still leaking. won't answer text or phone calls. Had insurance thinking was storm damage to be told no just shoddy work

A neat job of re slating and prep for solar installation. Would have given 5 stars if they had estimated the cost of new slate at the start. A friendly crew, working in very cold weather.
