Unfortunately I aggravated an old back injury…Fortunately I found a life saver in the form of Ana Maia. Following a very professional diagnosis and assessment and then excellent treatment and instruction for preventing reoccurrence my back is better than it has been in years. I was extremely impressed by Ana’s professionalism, demeanour and expert knowledge regarding my injury. I have over the years had to visit physiotherapists and chiropractors.None of them have had the same impact on my injury like Ana has. I would hands down and without hesitation recommend her every time to family, friends and work colleagues.

After a bad fall I was left with severe pain in my neck. 2 sessions 2 weeks apart and the difference is incredible. Full movement regained. Very knowledgeable and very thorough. So good I've booked my husband in to help with a recurring back problem

I booked a sports/deep tissue massage as a suprise and from the beginning Ana was professional and informative, answering all my concerns and booking us in quickly.Set in the beautiful grounds of Charnock Farm it is a relaxing environment. The massage itself was a big hit, just what was needed! Will be booking regular future appoinments. Highly recommend!

Northwest Massage was a real find. Ana Maia is a skilled and sensitive practitioner. Her techniques are very effective and advice clear. I have benefitted from several treatments on my back and hip, which have been thorough and effective. I would highly recommend her. She has a calm and soothing approach and gives thoughtful attention to addressing any problems you present to her.

I visited Ana Maia with a foot injury. The session started with her taking very thorough notes. After this she assessed and treated my foot.There was plenty of time to discuss and ask questions. Ana Maia is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My long standing injury has since improved and I have visited her since with a different injury with the same result.It’s easy to book and pay online.I would highly recommend.

From Eileen GilgunLovely place to have treatment in at Lavender Barn. Ana is very friendly and welcoming, listened thoroughly to details of my symptoms and problem and then explained the treatment she thought would best assist. After just 1 session I noticed a big improvement and after a follow up session today I feel almost back to how I was before pulling a muscle. Ana has a lovely personality and I have no hesitation in recommending her for massage treatments.
