I'm so happy.A big thank you to Dr Khalid Bagegni and his team Dr Claudi+Avana.I took out my wisdom tooth by them really they did magic it didn't hurt me as I was thinking and had 1 before in past years. Honestly I recommend them

I was referred to this practice by my dentist for two extractions. Pre visit very efficient communication, friendly welcome by reception staff giving information about managing pain and looking after the socket area post extraction. The Dentist Mr Khalid Bagegni was polite and got on with the job in hand . He explained what was happening and very efficiently removed my teeth.I suffered little if any pain . If ever I need an extraction I would hope that Mr B would do it.Great practice great staff great dentist Thank you

I had a fantastic experience with my Invisalign treatment at Lancaster house dental practice. From the initial inquiry at their Invisalign open day, the staff were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the entire process. Every question I had was answered with patience and clarity. Throughout the treatment, from the first tray to the last, Dr Kalsi provided exceptional care. His expertise and dedication played a pivotal role in transforming my teeth, and I'm thrilled with the results. I now have the perfect smile I've always wanted. Highly recommend this practice for Invisalign treatments.

Experience in the beginning was great with this practice however over the past two months I have been left extremely disappointed.Receptionist question treatment received, appointments are always a chore to get and I am now left having to source a new dentist mid treatment because of the lack of communication between dentists and reception. Also left paying a second time for something I have already had done but the practice now have no record of. Beyond disappointed at the lack lustre efforts to help resolve these issues.

My experience at this practice has been superb. I’m elderly and had to have extractions and dentures made and fitted. I can’t say how much I appreciated their care and consideration.

I would highly recommend Lancaster House Dental Practice and especially Dr Marshall and dental nurse Anika. The care they gave me was very professional and considerate. Dr Marshall is very skilled and knowledgeable, and treatment carried out to a high standard. I like that he explains all options so thoroughly so that I can make an informed choice about my treatment. All staff at the practice are professional and friendly.

I cannot adequately express my thanks to Dr Khaled Bagegni and nurses Faith and Violetta for their technical excellence but equally as important, their empathy and kindness when extracting a tooth earlier today 25/7/23.I am a very nervous patient so I highly recommend the Dr and nurses in that context - the best dentist I have met. Thank you to all at Lancaster House.

As a very nervous dental patient I cannot recommend Dr Marshall and all the nurses enough. He has been so informative and gentle throughout a pretty intense treatment programme, and I can't imagine ever going to another dentist now. Thanks to the whole team!
