Excellent service and good place for office furniture for the home which can be delivered and assembled

Ordered an office chair online. Requested a very fast delivery which they were very obliging in doing. Delivery driver called when on the way advising of drop-off time making my day much easier to plan.All exceptionally effecient. Would very much recommend.

Ordered Sofa from Chingford branch, Fantastic customer service and quick delivery. Sofa is really good quality and I love the colour. Definitely will be returning to buy more from this shop. Needed some good quality office chairs. Didn't want to spend £100's on them and the store had just what I was looking for. Picked up 3 office chairs with headrests for less than the cost of one new! Great Service by the member of staff who served me! Will recommend and also use again when I need some more office items.

I don’t usually do reviews but I just had to for Andrews office furniture,nothing but s a problem for these guys even when I changed the colour of my sofa last minute they always get straight back to me NOTHING is a problem to them s company I just couldn’t get over how helpful they are iv been to big companies like dunelm and the range and if you can find a member if staff(I couldn’t) they don’t know anything about the sofas! Andres helped me personalise my sofa and gave me advice! Best company iv EVER dealt with I’m so happy.

First class service from Mark and his team down to the delivery drivers at the chingford store. I initially purchased a chesterfield when it arrived there was access issues in to the room. The driver phoned back store informing them what had happened. I called mark who told me to come back and see if I could find something else he was very helpful throughout and showed us this beautiful italian sofa that came flat packed and they would build it for us. I paid the difference for what the italian sofa cost. They stuck to their promises and even the delivery times were spot on. I am so glad I found this company I have told everyone I know how helpful and customer orientated they are. Amazing staff I will be using them for future purchses Thankyou AOF for all your help.

Very nice gentleman served us even gave us option of returning items without any quibble, genuine nice people to deal with.

Went there for bar stools, was recommended by a family member, unfortunately there was not many in at that point, will go back in the future, spoke to a gentleman there whom I assume was the owner, he was very approachable and accommodating, and for this reason I will be returning for another look.

I just want to say Thank You to all the staff at Andrews Office Furniture especially the sales team as they are very helpful and friendly. I have spent approximately £4,000 and all the items purchased are extremely good quality even the garden furniture. I had it all delivered by their delivery team and the even made up the furniture inside my house., and delivered it very quickly. I am going back next week to purchase more items. I just want to say Thank you once again for all your wonderful items purchased and your geat service provided.

Fantastic service.. quick and delivered straight into a first floor office at no extra charge
