If we could give more than 5 stars we would for Mark and his some, who tagged along for our tour. We had done our research about Orkney Island and once Mark realized we had interest in the local wildlife and military history, he took us on some unscheduled stops additionally. Mark has a deep appreciation and reverence for those who first settled on this beautiful island

Neil gave us a wonderful tour. After meeting the 7 of us at our cruise ship dressed in tweed we very comfortably made our way around Inverness. His special attention to what we wanted to see gave us all a great tour. Neil is really knowledgeable about the area and even made a side stop so we could check out some Highland Coos up close and personal. We will always remember Neil and the standing stones, Culloden, and our wee glimpse of Nessie as promised. You will not regret doing a tour with Neil.

Ally was everything we were looking for in a tour guide! He showed up a bit early so we were off on our journey to the Isle of Skye right on time. Ally has a great deal of knowledge about the Isle and Scotland as a whole. As we made our way throughout the island, Ally would explain the background of the various landmarks. We very much appreciated his wit and humor as well. Our day far surpassed our expectations and left us reminiscing about our trip afterward. He is a Five Star Guide for sure!

Touring with Stuart was comfortable in all ways, like driving the roads of Skye with a good friend who knows the history and culture of the Isle and takes tremendous pride in his heritage. He showed us parts of the countryside we would not have found on our own and introduced us to the small, magical instances of nature that only a native would know. He designed our tour so that we could meet a colleague for lunch and still have a full experience of the island. A first-rate tour!

Ross is amazing! He was the best tour guide we've had. He arrived right on time, had a very clean and comfortable vehicle, and provided great history commentary. Most of all he was very kind and sociable -- he is the kind of person you'd want to hang around with all the time. He made it an incredible day of touring through Scotland. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

If you want a tour guide who's extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, fun and looks good in a kilt - Ally is your man. An easy going gentleman with a great sense of humor. With years of experience, he'll show you how to beat the crowds and see all the great spots. Plus, his car is spotless and downright luxurious. The only downside was saying goodbye. Thank you, Ally!Victor & EmilyNew York

David was the most amazing and accommodating guide. He took us on a scenic tour of the countryside with breathtaking views at Argyll Forest Park, then a walk through Inverary with its charming shops and stunning castle before going to a local eatery, and finally a tour of Glasgow!! We could not have asked for a better day and highly recommend touring with David if you are visiting from a cruise ship or land tour.

Toby was an amazing guide. His knowledge of the history of Scotland and its architecture was amazing. We had a short amount of time in Edinburgh, and Toby showed us around and described everything to us. He specialized a tour for us based on the things we wanted to see in our time there. We highly recommend Toby!

Lara was quite a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide on all the stops along our tour route. She gave great background information about the scenery, history, archeology, geology, and wildlife we saw during our time with her. I highly recommend this tour to any visitor to Shetland who wants to learn more about life on these islands from a historical perspective up to the present. Lara really maximizes the time spent with her. The tour is a very good value.

Peter was a fantastic storyteller as well as a knowledgeable guide. With a family history tied to Old Town, he was able to bring Edinburgh alive for us in the 3 hours that we had together. It was a walk filled with stories and conversation - but we never felt that we were talked at" or lectured. I would highly recommend Peter."
