Just returned from North Wales, excellent holiday, all excursions interesting and helpful driver

Just back from Isle of Wight coach and driver were excellent hotel was good, food excellent, room basic but fine only put 4 stars due to next room constantly slamming doors ..buthadgotime

Very disappointed with the South Downs holiday I have just returned from. The hotel was on the outskirts of Chichester and wasn’t the kind of hotel that you could relax in so nights were spent in my room. The itinerary was far too intense and visits were further and further away from the hotel. The journey back was a complete nightmare and I would not recommend. I have made my feelings known to PS travel and they have not shown any concern to my complaints and basically told me I am wrong.
