With regret I have to say that I'm unhappy with the cut my dog got. My dog is a beddlington whippet x Lakeland terrier so why did she get her hair done like a poodle. Yes she has curly hair but she's not a poodle! It's such a shame as she loves coming there.

Chic were fantastic after Bella had a disastrous groom with another groomer. They stepped in and tidied up the mess she was in leaving her beautifully groomed. She clearly had a lovely time there and all the staff were excellent. I will definitely be going back.

I took my 18 year old cat to the ladies today and they sorted out his matted fur and knots perfectly. He can be quite a stressful cat but, they seemed to have him so relaxed. Thank you so so much

Just picked up Nula from Chic. As usual she looks gorgeous! Anita and her team are lovely and always do a great job. After four years of taking my dogs to Chic, I can definitely recommend without hesitation.

They love dogs and it really shows in how they handle and look after them. Did a brilliant job on my two dogs.one of whom has very sensitive skin.

Chic grooming has been looking after FudgeFor at least 2 years.He had been traumatised from previous dog groomers.They have nurtured and cared for all his needsI can now confidently leave Fudge knowing he is been looked after by the best.

Our precious Scooby has been walked by the team at Chic for many months now. He loves his walks with them and they are amazingly flexible. They have fitted him in at the last minute and it is so reassuring to know I can rely on them. In the winter they are brilliant and clean his paws before he is returned (I am very fussy!!) and when he is groomed they do a brilliant job. He comes back sparkling clean and smelling so fresh. The team are very friendly, professional and trust worthy and I would recommend them to anyone! 5 stars.
