Initial phone enquiry very helpful. Offfered appointment at Prestwich within a week. However was able to see me immediately at theManchester clinic. Warm friendly environment. The sonographer was professional and knowledgeable. Put you at ease and gave thorough explanations. Presented with immediate results. Excellent clinic

If you want your money not get wasted dont go any branches of this company.they got money off me in prestwich branch but they didnt do my overian scan and they didnt refund me.worst customer service ever.i asked if i can do it another day as i paid for it they said NO!!!!!!!!! They were so racist.they verbaly abused me.they told me your accent is funny and diffrent.i called 2 times for help and get more information for my dad.the women from stretford branch said why u call 2 times.u only need to call one time!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!

Ultrasound Direct Manchester Prestwich
I have just attended the Prestwich branch of Ultrasound Direct to have a hip/thigh scan, and came away pretty angry.The lady that performed my scan kept asking what i wanted out of this ! ( not rocket science), i came to determine the cause of the severe pain i am in !!. She repeated this same question several times during the scan, and also asked me, 'if i found out the cause would i treat it' !!. She also abruptly pointed out where my hip joint was, because i wore shorts, she told me they covered my hip area, i am 61, and was spoken to like a child, I was made to feel like i didn't deserve to be there. I will think twice before returning, i have had great treatment on previous visits.
