in general, I am satisfied with the services, but today I experienced a not necessarily helpful, lady in pink tress looked at me with surprise as if I was asking for no reason and why I came here, we will not help you, that was my feeling, I didn't finish what I wanted to say and what I came for I got the answer right away we can't do anything, unprofessional

The staff are so caring for the animals but also really friendly to the owners. It makes me feel like a valued customer and that my dog really does matter. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Excellent practice. Looked after our kitten who was seriously unwell earlier this year. All staff were caring and supportive and as pleased as we were when he made a full recovery. Can’t recommend highly enough

Medivet Weymouth branch is a place where your pet will be treated with respect and dignity.The crew here is fantastic. They know what they are doing and they do it properly.Staff is very kind and helpful.I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for the right place for their animals.

I wasn't registered with Medivet having moved to the area and not needed a vet but when an emergency arose I phoned first thing and they were great registered my dog and got me an early appointment. I can't speak highly enough about Emma and the staff at Medivets, the kindness they showed when I had to have my precious fur baby put to sleep was outstanding. They allowed me to say my goodbyes and never once made me feel like an inconvenience to them.They even sent a sympathy card with her paw print enclosed.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them as my vet if I lived in the area. They kindly discussed the issue I had with my dog on an emergency visit to them whilst on holiday and provided some treatment. Thank you very much.
