Excellent, just plain and simply. James is so friendly and helpful. He is so knowledgeable about a huge amount of IT, from CCTV to building gaming PCs to general IT support. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Will be using again!

We have been so impressed with James from Spartan IT Systems, he has helped us tremendously with his professionalism and has helped with our IT solutions.James has installed our entire network across 14 work stations to a standard we are hugely impressed with. He has also installed all of our CCTV which is state of the art. On our new office installation we incurred multiple IT issues, James took this in his stride effortlessly and effectively. Wanted to use local expertise, so after googling and seeing their 'sponsored ad' appear at the top, I tried Spartan first and it was well worth it. James answered the call straight away and understood all the issues. Within hours of the first phone call, I'd dropped the external drive off, James had looked at it and gave me detailed analysis via email. Super service and ALL LOCAL. James is always cheerful and helpful and explains IT in a way I can understand without confusing computer jargon! He quickly and efficiently installed and sorted out an issue with a new printer. James has also installed security cameras and a door cam which have been invaluable to me - it's great being able to talk to callers when I'm not at home! (The cameras have also caught some great wildlife footage too)

I was very impressed with James from Spartan it systems, He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about my cctv system. He soon found the fault and had the system up and running again. James is very helpful, he speaks to you in a way you can understand without all the IT jargon. His work is done in a timely manner and we have been surprised at how quickly he has replaced hard drives fans and RAM. We have also been pleased with the remote work James has done and pleased to say we have had the confidence in James to recommend him to friends.
