A very friendly welcome from the receptionist as I walked through the door for the first time as a new customer !Saira was so lovely. I felt at ease and left feeling like I had gained a friend !She even took time to do some extra research for me whilst I was there to ensure my procedure didn’t clash with current medication!Thankyou girls x

I went to Resolve as neck pains were resulting in persistent headaches. I was expecting some form of massaging that would relieve the pains. My experience thus far has been completely different from my expectations. I was met by a very friendly lady on reception who made me feel relaxed and comfortable while waiting. I was then collected by Stefan who would be my physiotherapist. I have had two appointments so far and on both occasions Stefan has proved to be not only gentle and effective in his work on my neck and head, but, extremely knowledgeable of my problem area, sharing with me in laymen’s terms what the causes of my pains are and how he is helping to eradicate them.After my first appointment I had a week free of headaches which for me has been a phenomenal result as I was really struggling with regular headaches which caused me more discomfort and distress than the neck pain.I am so grateful to Stefan for the work he is doing on my neck and head and I cannot recommend Resolve and Stefan enough to the general public.

Resolve Physiotherapy were amazing from start to finish. I had chronic lower back pain and had been off from work for over a week before seeing someone. I can't thank Stefan enough. Had about 5 sessions with him and he worked his magic. He gave me stretching exercises after each session which I am still doing now. If you have any muscular aches or pains, I highly recommend that you see Stefan!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid at all costs literally! Snotty stuck up receptionist who is just a rude and ignorant jobsworth. Resolve retrain your staff!!Does not even deserve a star.I’ve always been when Saira has been in reception and given the treatment. Never an issue. My appointment was cancelled last minute by Resolve. I had a new payment card there were issues with a refund so I rebooked.I was then unwell to attend my appointment and was not reminded that I would have to pay the FULL cancellation fee.Today I was told by the stuck up receptionist that I would have to pay again. Needless to say I didn’t and walked out. She didn’t apologise or show any understanding or customer service at all! So rude!!

The staff at Resolve Physiotherapy are always very welcoming and friendly. Julie on reception is very helpful and accommodating should I need to change appointments around or, if they get a cancellation will proactively call to see if I would like to bring my appointment forward. Eshana (sports therapist) is very good and always listens to what my requirements are before the session. She always locates the issue and concentrates on working the muscle area to release any knots that have formed.

My mom booked a sports massage for me as I had a stiff neck and knots in my shoulders from boxing. My therapist gave me an excellent massage and my neck and shoulders felt much better after. Thank u

Natalya at the Streetly practice has been incredibly helpful with my back and shoulder mobility issues, she is very professional, friendly and kind. She put me at ease right away and was keen to help relieve my back pain.My back and shoulders feel brand new after treatment and I highly recommend her.The practice is clean, well run and very welcoming. Excellent service and standards of care.
