I found Mike Williams to be extremely professional, courteous and a very clean and efficient worker. He took a great deal of time and patience to explain the various alternatives open to me and seemed more concerned that I should have the best option for my particular situation as opposed to the most expensive and costly to fit. I wouldn't hesitate to use Williams & Clay again.

We found Williams & Clay to be entirely untrustworthy and dishonest. They quoted a price for our project then, on day one, the price almost doubled yet the project spec had changed only minimally - we were left with no option but to use them as the project had started and there wasn't time to find an alternative.They were difficult to liaise with - not answering their phone leaving us having to leave messages which weren't returned.They were random in when they turned up - with us having to chase them.They didn't provide us any paperwork/guarantees for the work they did, and the items they installed, despite us having fully paid them - we had to chase this and eventually got it over a year later.Finally, they didn't complete our project, saying they didn't want to come back. We found another [brilliant] plumber who took on our project, only for us to find some serious errors in their work - our new plumber has had to rectify a number issues in their work - some of which have been unsafe and fail to meet the correct standards.DON'T TRUST THEM - find another plumber, there are great ones out they and these guys are not one of them!
