Fantastic, highly recommend! I was a bit nervous about going to physio but my partner recommended Ken as 'the best!' and he was right. Ken was so lovely to be around, I was put at ease as soon as I met him, such a warm, funny guy. Finally all the pain in my hip, back and knees has resolved. Ken talked me through everything during the session and he was really knowledgeable, even recommending nutritional supplements to help me in moving forwards with other aspects of my health. I have been using Ken for treatment from around 2015 and the knowledge and skills this man has really is second to none. He is always learning and bettering himself to help others and make a difference to their lives through physiotherapy. I cannot recommend Ken enough! I was first recommended to Ken by my partner 10 years ago and have never used anyone else since. I have regular maintenance treatments with Ken due to an active lifestyle and physical job. As an emergency worker he has always gone above and beyond to fit me in if I have had any aches or pains to guarantee I am fit and able to work. Then last year he surpassed himself when I was diagnosed with a prolapsed disc in my lower back. The treatment Ken provided through physio and acupuncture has not only seen me back to full fitness and able to get back to all the physical activities I enjoy. He provided support, rehab exercises and treatments that relieved the excruciating pain I was in at the worst point of my injury. This enabled me to sleep properly and cope with everyday tasks. He always remained positive when I was really low mentally from the pain I was in and the frustration of not being able to exercise and enjoy my usual hobbies due to injury. I cannot thank you enough Ken. I have recommended Ken to family, friend and colleagues and will continue. I was gifted an hour with Ken at Equilibrium following a shoulder injury and months of discomfort, lack of sleep and not so helpful sessions/appointments elsewhere.Ken is a very knowledgeable chap, he understood exactly my issues and could explain in very high detail what I was feeling and why. After a Q&A session and some form filling my session started, all throughout Ken was explaining what he was doing, it involved some very deep tissue massage but as previously mentioned when the more uncomfortable parts were about to start I was warned!On completion we reassessed my flexibility and movement range, I was amazed (almost to tears) at the extra range of movement Ken was able to give me in just an hour. We then went next to door to his purpose built gymnasium where he explained again in detail the exercises he wanted me to do and what they'd be doing to assist my further recovery. I was warned that I'd feel a bit sore over the next couple of days but to keep up with the excercise and to drink plenty of water as this would help, it has.The additional movement I now have after just one session meant that even with some soreness I was able to have the best nights sleep I've had in months....I've booked a return visit already. I can't recommend Ken at Equilibrium enough, thanks Ken!
