Eniko Nails Edgware

I have been to Eniko a few times before and it has always been ok. This time I went and my manicurist was called Naomi and now I would only have her do my nails in future. I unfortunately had five broken nails. Naomi took so much care and attention in repairing my broken nails and then continued to do the rest of my nails with the same care and attention. I knew it was taking longer that she had allowed but she didn't rush and did an extremely professional job. I would certainly recommend Eniko, and particularly Naomi.

Really good hands when it comes to manicures, they manage to get an amazing job done in a short amount of time. They always pay attention to details. Their pedicures though, are a bit disappointing, my friend got a pedicure done there and she felt as if they grated her feet. I think this place is really good for manicures at an affordable price. Thank you

I simply CANNOT understand why this place has bad reviews because I have been coming here for less than a year and cannot fault them at all!I was looking for a new place to get my nails done and I was recommended to come here and I was so glad of this!. Making appointments via text is always very easy and ensures you have the confirmation of the appointment, the ladies who do your nails are very friendly, chatty, kind, professional, gentle and you walk out with beautiful new nails plus the place is very clean and the manager (sorry I don't know your name) is very nice as well. All the ladies wear gloves when they first start doing your nails which is really wonderful, they sanitise everything and use hand sanitiser so for someone with a lot of health problems and a rubbish working immune system I appreciate little things like this to know what's being used on my nails is always clean!I cannot recommend this place higher I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you to all the manager for making appointment bookings so incredibly easy and all the lovely ladies for the many wonderful manicures! Please give this place a chance you won't be disappointed!

It’s the best service. All the girls are wonderful and so kind and helpful. I recommend this salon to everyone. They reasonably priced. Great place

Had a french manicure done today.the lady was rushing so much that she made my fingers bleed in 3 different areas. Understand if she made the mistake once. But she did it 3 times.

Booked my shellac manicure a week in advance and turned up only for them to tell me they don’t do simple French tips (despite it being on the price list) unless one nail tech is in which she wasn’t on that day. They tried to sweet talk me into wasting money and choosing other colours for now and rebooking to come back for the French manicure but I refused and won’t be back. Think it’s utterly ridiculous and confusing how amongst the 7 nail techs in there at the time, not one of them knew how to do a simple French tip and even laughed in shock when I initially asked for it. Also can’t understand why they wouldn’t inform you at the point of booking that you have to tell them the colour/ style of shellac manicure you want, otherwise the staff won’t be in there to do it! Very unprofessional.

Very good service and prices. It is best to book an appointment, which you kust arrive at least 5 mins before set time. They are very punctual.

Left with fingers bleeding. Person I had was a bit rough and impatient. My fingers are still stinging. Whilst paying told that this sometimes happens. I personally won’t be going back however, the management were quite proactive in trying to organize a refund/voucher as well as run through training with the technician involved. Therefore changed my rating from a 1 star to 3.

Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI visited this salon with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated. I cannot help but express my disappointment and frustration regarding the services provided here.Although I tried to give them repeated chances, every time I encountered the same issue, namely the staff's inability to properly remove the Shellac manicure. Furthermore, their response to this issue was utterly disappointing. Instead of providing a solution or showing any concern for customer satisfaction, I was met with indifference and even a defensive attitude.I experienced unpleasant comments and a complete lack of professionalism in handling the situation. Bringing three people to the table I was seated at and making me feel guilty for your inability to provide adequate service is simply unacceptable.After this experience, I can confidently say that this was my last visit to this salon. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking quality service and a professional approach. When choosing a salon, I expect to be treated with respect and receive high-quality services, and this salon has utterly failed in both regards.I aim to find another salon that meets my expectations and truly offers professional services. Unfortunately, this salon falls short of my standards and has been a complete waste of time and money.With disappointment and no intention of returning ever again

Needs lessons in customer service. Horrible, rude attitude. Will never recommend. Take your money elsewhere, there are numerous nail salons in the local vicinity who would be glad for your business. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
