I only have good experience of Swindon Glazing Repairs. WOW - a business that actually knows how to deliver top level customer service!! Excellent communication throughout, professional and great value. They fitted a window for my elderly mother and Steve was able to put her at her ease immediately. Fantastic company. They answered straight away and it has been a joy to deal with this company. The communication is superb, they come when they say they will, they let you know when they’re on their way, polite and helpful and do a great job. Came on time to give us a quote for a cracked double glazed window.Let us know on the quote the time frame for getting the glass.Booked it in, Steve came fitted it without any fuss.A very professional company, would definitely recommend.

I want to say how delighted I was with Swindon Glazing Repairs. They kept me updated after the repair was booked in. On the day they let me know when he was on his way. The person doing the repairs was great. Nothing was too much trouble and he didn't leave until I said I was happy with everything. I would look to use them again if I needed any further repairs done.

Kept informed from start to finish. Were happy to delay installation when we needed to due to unexpected circumstances, but quickly arranged fitting when we were able to go ahead. Arrived on time and completed the job quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Very professional company. From initial appt through to completion. Really good communication through email and appt reminder (also text to say how far away the technician is). Great quality work, clean and tidy. Steve is very professional and knowledgeable. We had window hsndles replaced, blown glazing replaced, broken window hinges and door mechanisms fixed. Highly recommended.

Problems with speed of response early on and incorrect windows being ordered were frustrating, but Swindon Glazing immediately acknowledged the issues and took prompt remedial action including financial compensation. This was very much appreciated. The work was completed quickly and efficiently to a high standard - Steve was excellent.
