I just dont have a good experience with them. I remember making an appointment with them to open an account and we went there on the said schedule. No one was there to attend to us.

Waited weeks for an appointment to open a new account for my son, turned up, waited in the line...and was then turned away as the time took queuing made me too late to see the manager. Was told I should have just butted in! We will go elsewhere. Guess they just don't want the business.

Went to open an account this morning only to be told: do it online as we don't have enough staff?? Very bad from the managers! I want to be served by someone not a machine! Can you stop forcing us customers to use machines, online etc!?? Its my money and you are a bank I decide how I want to be served! Stat away from Nationwide!!

I love Nationwide. Much better service than the big 5 banks in UK. I also love the app. Easy to use and getting better. Sometimes, you still have to use a card reader for new payments and they can be fussy with contactless; but it's for cudtomers' security and this can only be a good thing.

I am very pleased with the service at Nationwide Building Society situated at Brixton. My branch at Peckham closed down, do did Camberwell, Walworth Road, so I hope Brixton Branch will not shut. The staff are very helpful and polite which is very rare. I do hope that they keep this up

very rude stafff especially the lady with pink nails was being awakward as possible considering ive been with them for almost 20 years if ur gonna bank with this outragous bank pls go somewhere else you will be wasting your breath and i will be taking this up to the highest level possible biggest waste of time honestly i would of got better service in a prison not good guys sort it out or sack thst woman behind the desk im furious

Being a customer with the Nationwide since 1991, I have only ever had one previous cashier give me a lecture on paying in some money into my flex account, and that was years ago.Today 26th of February 2016 at 13.59. I placed a cheque into my account, I was given a lecture on I should've used a paying in machine, but I explained that I had a problem in the past in using such machine.However, as this is my nearest branch I decided to use it for the first time in about 3 years.The cashier made feel as if I was nuisance, and I told her that from now on I'd use the Fenchurch Street one.The point is I believe it's a busy branch, but it is not my fault as a customer, or other customers, otherwise what is the point of them being in that particular job or running a business.

Went there this morning . Wanted to put some money in to my account . Only one customer was inside the branch , who was served by very pleasant lady cashier . Unfortunately cashier , young black guy , that served me had very unpleasant attitude . First told me why I’m not using self service machine , I told him as is no people in the brunch I though it would be faster use cashier , as the amount I want to put in , I would have to use machine in 2 attempts . It Was no thank you, no please . He basically served me with attitude , that makes you fell his doing you a favour . I think some training would do good for him .
