I had a Hydrafacial with LED therapy with Gabriella yesterday and my skin feels so fresh and glowey today. I had a bit of break out and it’s already clearing up, the massaging bed is also a fab added touch it was super relaxing. I have also attended one of Gabs skincare courses a couple of years ago which really set me up adding skincare treatments to my business, she is so knowledgeable and always on hand if I ever need to check anything. Thanks Gabs xx

Would not recommend, Two nights before my appt I came out in cold sore.I messaged as soon as it appeared to inform and reschedule as I had paid a £30 deposit. She asked for pictures and she explained there is a 48 hr rule for amends to appt. I checked I was 2 hours out this window. However she asked me to send her another £30 to move the appointment.(I did not request to cancel at any point) and I thought it was in her best interest to move me as I had a highly infectious active cold sore, it would have protected herself and her clients.I received a email confirming cancellation of the appt. I was not willing to pay an extra £30 to move my appt onto of the other £30 lost. She acted like she was ok by ‘moving’ the appt but it essentially was a brand new appt. What happens if I break out in another cold sore? This approach is beyond me and so unprofessional as working with skin there are a lot of unwanted common skin problems that can crop up i.e cold sores, conjunctivitis, impetigo etc.Maybe you should consider this in your terms and conditions.Oh to add she explained I would need to be hospitalised to be able to reschedule it… But a highly infectious active common virus does not qualify.
