The best yoga studio. Leyla has created a beautiful, welcoming, safe space for everyone who enters the studio. There is a great selection of classes and therapies, some more dynamic and acrobatic, like the trapeze and vinyasa classes, and some more soothing and therapeutic, like meditation and sound baths. Leyla offers Soul Sessions, which I highly recommend. As a psychologist myself, Leyla is able to support my own wellbeing and practice in a holistic way. So much love for this place! I highly recommend you come and see for yourself :-)

I started yoga with Leyla in January and it's brought me so much more than I imagined. I've lived in Gravesend for 21 years and outside of school mums this is the first time i've found friendships and a community of like minded supportive individuals. I've pushed my boundaries learning Yoga Trapeze, experienced different forms of Yoga including Mandala which has truly resonated with me and every step of the way the teachers have been supportive, patient and so very knowledgable. I take my 6 year old daughter to classes, who has been welcomed with open arms and she loves her yoga friends. I can't recommend House of Leyla enough - it's so much more than a yoga studio!

Since I first attended Leyla’s yoga trapeze class I’ve booked several different classes, including 1:1 trapeze yoga and hypnotherapy. I attended Leyla’s open day on 30/9/23 and I absolutely loved it, all of the teachers are so welcoming and her new yoga studio is so therapeutic. I felt like a new woman when I left. I 100% recommend House of Leyla.

I had been to a couple different yoga classes before finding Leyla.Leyla brings so many other aspects of yoga. Leyla is so welcoming and you feel such a sense of belonging. It doesn’t matter if I am feeling down or not, I always feel better after one of our classes.With the yoga and everything I have learnt through Empowered Readers, I am so grateful to Leyla and also all the wonderful people in this yoga community.Positively life changing for me I feel so blessed and lucky

Simply put, whether you have never stepped foot on a mat or whether you have… the home that has been created epitomises Unity in such a welcoming, warm and enjoyable way.Personally, I wanted to connect deeper with my practice and I can whole heartedly say that every teacher and every class has made me better, stronger and wiser. Leyla is an excellent yoga teacher as are the rest of the team of instructors who are a part of House of Leyla .The yoga sessions have helped improve my strength and flexibility. The classes along with the Empowered book club and yoga retreats have helped immensely in my journey of personal development. Most importantly, Leyla’s vision and drive have helped create a community of individuals filled with positive energy and kindness .I will always be grateful to have found House of Leyla .

The work space here is amazing! I’d been struggling to focus on my dissertation and felt disheartened and had writers block. I decided to try to work space and it has been a truly wonderful experience. The work space is practical with desk space and WiFi but more than that it is serene and calming and allowed me to focus and centre on what I was trying to achieve. After a few visits I was back on track and the ideas and creativity was flowing. I 100% recommended this as a change of scenery to enable you to work and create productively as well as giving yourself some chill time. Working here does not feel like work at all!
