Good service and advice, vet and receptionist very friendly and professional

The entire staff could not have been more caring and conscientious when I left my Border Terrier to be spayed. I felt reassured throughout that she would receive the best care and the after care support far exceeded previous experiences with independent veterinary practices. The spay cost was also over £100 cheaper than quoted elsewhere locally. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Always feel that the staff here really care and take their time with Hank the cat. No rushing as at some other vet practices I have encountered. Staff are really professional and pleasant.

At first I was a little apprehensive as cavies are generally considered an exotic pet but the vet instantly put my mind at ease, she understood and explained, the reception staff we excellent and very helpful as we're the nurses, they took great interest in Basil, which he loved. I would highly recommend they looked after basil so well and he has healed up beautifully and is looking forward to meeting some sows without the unwanted consequences. Friendly, helpful staff. Always ready to answer questions. Our pet loves going and gets fussed over. The vet was knowledge about the history of our pet, very friendly and answered all questions. The areas were all clean and tidy.

Love the feel of this vets. They generally care. It’s clean. They respond fast to any questions or concerns. Happy is an understatement I am grateful for everything they are doing for my Bailey

Couldn't do enough on New year's Eve for our very poorly 1year old border collie. We were on holiday so not our vets but they were amazing. So thoughtful and consider doing all they could to help. She's made a good recovery thanks to the medicine they prescribed.

As first time dog parents we can't praise the team enough. Dill has had a difficult few months but the care he has received from the Northallerton team has been second to none. He is always treated with the utmost care, so much so that only a couple of days after surgery, he is more than happy to pop in for his check without fear or hesitation, because he knows he has lots of friends there, from the welcoming reception team to the nurses and vets. We wouldn't swap Dill for the world and we wouldn't entrust his care to any other practice. We really can't thank the team enough for their kindness, compassion and expertise, and for doing their utmost to make his experience (and ours) as pleasant as possible.

My cat was anxious the vet, Sophie, helped him settle. She listened to me and offered advice without judgement.The reception team were friendly and my bill was sent to the insurer quickly. I pay they put in the claim. I have no complaints i left feeling less worried and my cat has the treatment he needs. We have also started a plan we can move forward with
