Very efficient service. Took my Tag for a battery replacement and clean, it was completed within the hour. Fully recommended and I would certainly use them again.

My watch is not so special, but as it’s Tissot two supposed horologists refused to change the battery and insisted it needed to be sent back to Tissot, estimated price of £130 plus if Tissot not happy would also bill me for repairs up to £400. Found In-Time who seemed incredibly knowledgable and honest, battery replacement and mini valet conducted in less than 45 mins at very reasonable cost, very happy with service received and definitely would recommend☺️

I was at InTime today, what a great little place. Josh is a complete gentleman, and was flat out the entire time we saw him. Replaced a battery and gave 2 years warranty which is the same as the warranty from Tag Heuer! Also cleaned the bracelet and overall the watch. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend friends and family!

An outstanding service today to repair a broken watch strap pin on a small Raymond Weil ladies watch. A very fiddly piece of technical engineering replacement done with great care and determination to get it right in less than 20 minutes.The cost was very low and so I offered more for the great outcome ( which none of the jewellery stores in town were able toprovide ).In-time would not accept my voluntary contribution which makes their attitude and care to customers even greater .I fully recommend for every watch value .

Lovely gentlemen who is very attentive and calm, he helped recommend a few watch straps that needed replacing and I went away to decide whilst waiting for husbands approval. When I returned he assisted very quickly and did the job in next to no time. Thank you for a lovely service and a pleasant experience.

Friendly and professional customer service. The watch could not be repaired and they wanted to repair it at several other points in England. I drove over two hours to this company by car and it was worth it! Will be returning there and recommending. Satisfied customer.

Very easy to use. Kind gentleman checked it was actually my battery and not broken. Told me how much and when to come back (just over half an hour). We went back just before that time and it was ready. Looked like a new watch as had a clean too and time was also adjusted which was an added extra touch. 18 month guarantee is also a bonus.I'll be coming back for any future repairs!
