Been waiting over 9 months for a door to be fitted, I was told 4 to 8 weeks.Paid a deposit plus forced to pay half of the balance. After 8 months half the door was fitted but would not hand the keys over till this was paid, Due to the unreliability of this firm the work that was arranged to have been done in the summer has increased by over £ 3000.00 .For months I have been lied to and still the door is not complete

London Plastics & Windows has promised to return A French door that was ordered and paid in full but not required in the end for that particular job. Honey will get in touch to let me know when this door can be picked up. His offer of £200 was not acceptable.

Do not use this company. i purchased a new home last year and was recommended by the plasterer i was using { he was fine }..Harnik came out to survey the property in the evening. i confirmed what type of windows including door was needed and he priced it up. this was a first time experience for me. once priced, he asked for half the deposit which was paid online and agreed to take the rest in cash.. came round and fitted within 3 days!i honestly don't know how that is possible, from manufacturing the frame, the glass and then getting it fitted..i was impressed so to speak..job finished and i paid the rest due and was handed a receipt written by hand and signed by him advising there is a 10yr guarantee..issues started appearing, draughts in the property, windows and doors not locking correctly...he came out on a few occassions and did what i had asked but the main concern of condensation was still there. . he advised it was due to the home being plastered, but that is a lie as the property had more than ample amount of time to dry up...{ even till this day i have condensation all around my windows and doors, despite having a dehumidifier and PIV }it got to a point where he would not answer my calls or respond to my text messages in which i wrote to him advising that i would be taking him to court....as he has cleverly replied to my final warning the issue can't be taken foward, however i am still left with a draughty house, faulty windows..the glass used is not even energy efficient so i'm not sure as to the kind of materials used...this guy / company are cowboys... they have registered themselves on companies house and then closed down numerous times but making a slight amendment to the name. they claim to have only £1 in assets yet he's operating out of a factory using equipment which is worth ££££'s...i would never recommend this person or company to anyone, stay well clear... they are not FENSA registered either nor did they go to the Local Authority to get permission to have bay windows replaced which is a legal requirement..i am now stuck with no solution other than forking out thousands to replace everything all over again...

Very good service, quick and efficient. The job was done to an immaculate quality and done very quickly and neatly.
