Very many thanks for the superb help you gave for my husband Graham's recent funeral. From the initial telephone call I made to the arrangements on the day, everything was done in a calm, quiet and professional way. Joy explained everything so clearly which at the time helped my very confused brain. The service was just what I wanted.Brilliant, thank you.

I have used Mason & Stokes before, so i chose them again for my friends funeral. Worst mistake ever, they caused us so much more pain and upset, My friend was a 97 year old WW2 Veteran, he had little or no family that cared. They wanted full payment upfront, which I was stunned. No compassion or understanding. So a week before the funeral date we had to arrange a new Funeral Directors, Thankfully the Co-Operative were more than happy to help. So no I will never use Mason & Stokes again or recommend them to anyone. Cold and insensitive. We have raised the full amount for the funeral which is tomorrow. So this was so unnecessary and cruel.

Thank you for taking care of my father and helping me through such a difficult time. You were so respectful and each process was handled with great care.

Mason & Stokes looked after both my Father and most recently my Mother's funeral. I cannot praise or recommend them highly enough. They were compassionate and professional in equal measure. They have this great ability to make what is of course a difficult process as simple and painless as possible. My sincere thanks go to all the team.

I know from experience that it is difficult to make a decision on which Funeral Director you should use when you've lost your loved one and you are still in shock with grief. After a bit of prior research I chose Mason and Stokes and I believe it was the best decision I could have made - they were very professional, understanding and fully met my requests. Before the funeral took place, several people including the florist and the church said that I had chosen the best in Cheltenham, and after the funeral many friends and family said that it was the best funeral proceedings they had experienced. I have no hesitation in recommending Mason and Stokes, indeed I have instructed my sons to use them when it is my time to go. The one very minor criticism I have is that more time should have been allowed between leaving the church and starting the service at the crematorium to give the guests time to travel and park.

Mason & Stokes are a family business, yes I am a relation but have no involvement with the business. They have arranged funerals not only for family members but also friends of mine and have always given very good service.

Myself and my family would like to thank Mason and Stokes for the kind professional and friendly way they dealt with my mums funeral at this difficult time, they made it so much easier for us to cope with our loss,great service would highly recommend.
