Siematic

I am in the process of ordering an kitchen soon for my house project. Order value approx 80k. I visited Siemans and decided to pop into Siematic for a quotation and expert advice. I was very disappointed the sales lady had no idea of the products and asked us to wait for 5 minutes for the lead designer to come. We waited 20 minutes then had to go and ask again. We were told he is not coming. Very appalling service ,A smile and a greet is expected from any showroom especially upscale London Oxford Street area. wouldn't expect this from a Siematic dealer. An employee should have basic knowledge of the showroom and products. The lead designer then would hav expertise in designing.

Very bad service. Filled in the online form asking to schedule an appointment, nothing. Phoned up and left a message asked them to call me back. Nothing. Going with Boffi instead - MUCH better service.
