Westminster Cathedral
A beautiful cathedral Westminster cathedral. Free to enter unless you want a guided tour. The cafe in the crypt is good.

Westminster Cathedral
Beautifully decorated interior, on entering there is a feeling of calm, stillness and serenity even though there are other people around. A place you can easily get lost in your thoughts, such peacefulness, from the outside hustle and bustle of Victoria Street.

Westminster Cathedral
It was both humbling and illuminating. A true place to contemplate through art and faith based service. Each little chapel was a work of art. I will go back and take time to be more contemplative. I didn’t take many pics, as a faith based service began while I was there. Donations appreciated but no tickets required.

Westminster Cathedral
It’s a very beautiful cathedral. There is so much information inside about cathedral and various statues. Worth a visit. Also we found free parking on the street outside cathedral. It’s free only on weekends.

Beautiful cathedral, really different to most with a dark ceiling inside, was amazing!Lots of do and see in the one building, including a viewing tower. Unfortunately thsy was closed the day we went but they had a service running which was nice to see instead.Free hidden gem of the city.

I took a look around whilst in London for the day on a sculpture trail. This cathedral is architecturally stunning outside, but oh my inside is really beyond words.Do have a look if you get the opportunity, you won't be disappointed. If whilst visiting, you want to take time to reflect, pray, or join a service you are welcomed with open arms.

Love this church... Beautiful and lots of history on the walls and ceilings... U will never get tired of visiting this church and they have a clean set of toilets on the right side. The shop is great too. The information lady was extremely helpful when I asked about the location of envelopes for the souls I wanted to be included in their prayers. You can also use a container and get holy water on the right side once you enter. The music and choir is something else and the smell of incense just gets you so emotional.

It was like I stepped inside the exquisitely adorned Roman Catholic cathedral, built in the late 19th century. Instantly, a serene tranquility washes over you despite the presence of others. The interior is a haven for contemplation, a refuge from the bustling Victoria Street. Marvel at the Chapel of the blessed sacrament, the Lady chapel, and the Chapel of the Holy Souls, each radiating beauty and holiness.

Yes, the mosaics are nice and the marble is grand. However, the rest of the inside building looks like a converted train station hall with coal soot still hanging onto the walls and ceilings.
