Haskew Law

After watching ‘New Life In Oz’ in january 2017. Me and my partner decided out of the blue to try and move to oz for what could be a better life for us and our then nearly 2yr old son. So that night i went onto google and typed in ‘how to emigrate to australia’. That is when Haskew Law popped up right at the top of the search. So i clicked on the link and after reading through the website, i filled in their online form. The next day i was contacted by Alex Jones where i was asked a series of questions to judge whether we had a chance. At this point i was asked to pay the £90+ to start the application. From this point things moved along at a steady pace. I was contacted frequentley by Alex and his colleague penny when more information was needed. They also told me when to go ahead and carry out tests, medicals and police checks etc.. All the way through the process they were very professional and knowlegeable. They answered any questions that we had and put up with our constant Harrassment/Phone calls ha. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and i will forever appreciate what they have done for me and my family. Thanks Alot!!!!!

I am not one to pen reviews, but felt compelled to do so upon a kismet chain of events: I had the good fortune of finding and using the services offered by Haskew Law within the last year, and was very pleased and more than satisfied with the assistance provided by Jack Haskew. He and everyone at his firm obviously knew what they were doing, and what initially seemed like a daunting struggle became a much less-stressful endeavor. Thank you, Haskew Law! So that was that…Fast forward to this morning: A colleague asked me for a reference to assist with an emigration matter, along with the various and sundry issues, laws and paperwork, etc., that it entails. I took to the computer to seek out Haskew Law’s contact information to send reference, and saw that someone had actually left a less-than-stellar review, provoking this testimony.It is unfortunate that the disappointed individual did not take the opportunity to actually retain the services of Haskew Law; if he did, I am 110% sure that his life would not have been “on hold” awaiting reply. On that note, one of the (many) things I appreciated from Haskew Law was their absolute lack of pressure-sale techniques or frivolous hustle; they were professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, able to successfully assist with my application and inquiries.I highly recommend Jack and everyone at Haskew Law, and will continue to use and refer their services.

After deciding to pursue help for a Permanent Residency Visa application for Canada we decided to use the services of Haskew Law. After just one phone call with Jack, we instantly knew we had found the correct emigration service provider!Penny and Jack were very professional throughout with high levels of experience and knowledge. We approached Haskew law and spoke with jack. We found jack to be very polite, professional and helpful in guiding us to the best way to apply for my student visa. Throughout the whole process jack was very responsive, answered all our questions and put our mind at ease. He has successfully attained the visa we agreed on. We highly recommend jack and his company to help and support you obtain the visa you require.

Where to being. Initially communication between Jack and Penny was good and they would reply quickly to any of my questions or concerns. But unfortunately it didn't last long. After only a month or two communication became very poor. My whole process took over 18 months to complete which after speaking to others applying for permanent residency is about 6 months + longer than average in 2021. Nearing the end of my application process I would often have to send multiple emails to get any response from Penny. On one occasion I had to send 8 emails to receive a one line response that answered none of my questions. Please don't think that you will be in contact with any lawyer either. After only the first few emails you will be handed off to an assistant who will be your only point of contact.To make things worse, if like myself you move country whilst the application is being processed then Jack will no longer be able to represent you and he will employ a third party lawyer to represent you. This is obviously an additional fee to you (which on a side note there is a lot of. Do not think the initial price quoted is what you will pay. You can take that number, double it, oh and then add some more.) Even after paying the additional fee for the third party lawyer, you will not have any contact information for this third party. Instead you will have to rely on a very slow middle man going backwards and forwards emailing through Penny.I could go on and on about the countless unprofessional and annoying thing that I had to deal with whilst using Haskew Law but I will end with this. Please don't use this company. Honestly save your money and either do it yourself or find someone else.. anyone else.

Added absolutely no value to the application process for Australian immigration. All of the information is available on the Home Office website - do it yourself. Also seems like all of these 5 star reviews have been written by 'friends', doesn't it?

I Googled Australian immigration agents and Haskew law came up as one of the first in my search. After completing an online form Alex gave me a call and we started our journey. Alex and Penny were fantastic, answering every little question I had (no latter how small or silly they seemed). Both Penny and Alex are exceptionally professional and were great at calming my nerves at the most hair raising of times. Thank you Penny and Alex.

I don't usually write reviews but wanted to thank Haskew Law and especially Alex and Jack for helping me secure my visa.I was not sure at first if the fee was worth it, as I saw loads of forums offering free advice. I am so lucky that I paid as my case was very different to what I was led to believe from the forums.I would certainly recommend Haskew Law if you can afford the extra.

We decided to emigrate to the USA and Jack was excellent. We elected to secure an EB-5 visa and we certainly could not have completed the paperwork and secure the necessary investment without professional assistance.
