Lovely place to visit to admire and absorb the beautiful nature and wildlife. The variety available for you to explore is vast. Very dog friendly, with plenty of bins for waste, and places where the dogs can run off lead under close control. Nice gift shop and cafe with plenty of seating. Ideal for families, couples, anyone really to enjoys being surrounded by natural beauty.

Lovely Autumn walk through the woods and sanctuary of the old trees. Nice meandering paths lead to different parts of the woods all with their own special scientific and conservationist interests. Car park is pay as you leave unless you have a disability card then you can register and park for free. There is a cafe, information area, play area for children and great for dog walkers.

Loved this park, my kids loved this park. The whole family loved this park. I got the chance to see some fantastic trees that I might never get a chance to.

For autumn colours, this is one of Herefordshire's great escapes. Wondering through the woodlands, with trees in colour from around the world, it has a calming influence. There is a Gruffalo walk that families enjoy visiting and at the southern end of the woods, is a viewpoint over South Herefordshire, from the Malvern Hills to the Black Mountains, in Wales. For train buffs, there are tunnel vents to the north of the carpark, and you can feel the train passing underneath, if you stand by them, but beware you might get wet from condensation!!Queenswood is a popular family favourite all year round, with lots of walks, for everyone to enjoy, and all ages and abilities. For mud lovers, wellies are a must and look out for the bear in the tree.BBQ facilities and plenty of tabled seating, make a great party atmosphere, along side the large play area. There are washing facilities, for feet and dogs. There is a cafe and a small shop, raising funds for Herefordshire Nature Trust, and toilets. There is a paying carpark, again raising funds for the Trust.

Nice little park. All dogs well behaved but can't say the same about some parents and kids. Okay gift shop but a great view of Herefordshire and the surrounding area in the 1 cleared section. Parking nice and easy.

It's a beautiful arboretum that is just superb in the autumn. The colours of the trees (Japanese maple especially) are amazing this time of year. Free entry and reasonable parking. A great place to walk the dog or just have a peaceful walk.

Staying in the area on holiday an wanted a nice child friendly walk, after dragging the kids up some steep hills the day before! This place is perfect. The kids loved finding the signs to lead to the next gruffalo characters. Some amazing views and trees to explore and look at.Nice fun play area at the end of the walk (we deliberately didn't let them see it at the start) and a fantastic cafe. The food was made with really good ingredients and made fresh. Chicken nuggets were chicken breast and the ham proper decent thick cut ham. If we lived more local we'd be here regularly, for a free day out (expect a couple of pound to park).
