This location was not able to take a large parcel, 40 cm x 40 cm x 50 cm.They were also not able to print my label as mine had a barcode and not a QR code.It would have been really helpful to know prior to arriving there, therefore sharing for others.

Had previously given 5 stars. Well, after having my parcel so carelessly disregarded at a random house (not my own) after years of deliveries with them to the same address. Not anymore. And me not knowing if my package was lost or someone may have stolen it or…? No help from their costumer care either. Nothing.
