Visited Pro Sports Lab Newcastle for an “Elite Athlete Assessment” to identify areas for development. The facilities and equipment available for testing were state of the art. David was incredibly knowledgable and was able to follow up the assessment with an in depth analysis which was entirely personal to me and my goals. Have taken away a huge amount from my first visit and look forward to my next!

State of the art sport science equipment operated by one of the most knowledgeable and experienced practitioners in this field. Very lucky to have this in the North East now as there has been nothing else like it up here. I received a comprehensive breakdown of my cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal fitness and injury risk. David was also very generous with his time and advice and im looking forward to being reassessed.

I booked an appointment with David last week for a metabolic assessment.I suffer from kidney disease and take various medications which have left me feeling fatigued and caused weight gain. I have been unable to lose the extra pounds despite trying everything. I suspected my metabolism was slow but didn’t know for certain, hence the reason for booking the test.The detailed metabolic report is fascinating and it has really shed light on my situation and gives us a great starting point to work with. I’m going in for more detailed diagnostic tests this week and David is putting together a tailored nutrition and exercise plan based on the results to help me achieve my goals. I like the way you are treated as an individual and it’s not a one size fits all approach. David also has a team of medical professionals he can consult with, which is very reassuring if you have health issues as you wouldn’t want to do anything to make things worse.David is such a great person to work with. He’s so friendly and approachable, giving of his time and he understands your concerns and doesn’t dismiss them. He is extremely knowledgable and skilled and has some great equipment at his state of the art facility.
