Good service. But the clothes smell - did they not use any fragrance liquid or similar types like other dry cleaners? I paid around £80 for about 10 pieces . Not happy with the quality. Give it a miss!

Always a happy and professional service, I've been a regular customer for four years and in the one instance I had a dispute re the collection of an item it was resolved quickly and efficiently. A local business i believe and a friendly manner of customer service. Convenient and can in most instances do a same day service, often with no extra charge.

Wasn’t happy with the customer service. When I address my concerns about the stains left on my coat the owner said I cannot bring my clothes to dry clean. That’s a poor response.

Went there to have my gilet dry cleaned explained it was electrical and they advised that they wouldn't be held responsible for any damage towards this, which I accept and was happy they wouldn't be liable as the cleaning label stated dry clean only. Picked it up a few days later and was extremely happy. So decided to take my £1000 dress there. Completely the opposite of impressed and happy. Asked them to use the dust bag it came with to protect it and they was happy with that. When I came to pick it up a week later it was thrown on the floor not in the dust bag and had a safety pin shoved in it which has now damaged the item. It also wasn't cleaned either. Got it back in the same condition as I gave it in. And charged me for the pleasure. The women there getting extremely aggressive. The dress needs fixing and you are responsible for the damage to the dress.Needless to say I won't be returning and will be billing them for the repair of the dress.

Lately I've used their service multiple times. They do a pretty good job of washing and sanitising mattress covers and protectors. Also, they do well at tailoring. The gentleman is very polite and the prices are decent. Good to have them in the neighbourhood.

Lovely local family run business. Everyone is always super friendly! I moved to the area recently and have been several times for alterations and dry cleaning and would 100% recommend. Very reasonably priced and quick turn around
