Bp and m&s says opens 24 hours, they always corned off,closed from 12.30am , can't get any fuel or anything from the shop. So annoying.

Falsely accusing customers for a crimes they didn't even do, aggressively asked to leave the store with no proof for the accusation, threatened to call the police if we did not leave.

1. well stocked store next to our hotel2. 5 stars because it was a life saver for us3. the staff is courteous4. they have good deli as well as frozen items which we used to buy and get them heated in hotel5. DO REMEMBER TO TAKE UR COMPLIMENTARY MNS CARD, all ur spends earn u money and MnS also contributes, so in all u get to buy extra.6. the store has all the daily items you may need for grocery or as a tourist7. They have offers too with combos on deli, do look for the offer8. Thanx to all the staff, you were great and ww enjoyed shopping at ur store while in London. Will stay in Holiday Inn T5 so that we may shop again.. that's the limit of our comfort due to ur store.

Beware of mismatched price tags during checkout. Three purchased items had a lower price on the shelf than at checkout. Double-check every item. Was going to be overcharged when I realised it.

Very good selection of food and snacks. It is conveniently located across the road from Holiday Inn Express.
