Absolutely shocking. Double booked us whilst we were on a charity walk for St Cuthberts Hospice and then refused us a refund because they had an alternative 9 miles up the road!DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGE POLE!

What can I say. Sunderland is Sunderland but this place makes the it feel more like marbs. Lovely decor and band in the center. If you have to visit Sunderland then I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks for having us.

This is my second stay in this apartment block, far better than my last stay. Lot of improvements, bedding, toilets, kitchen equipments etc. I had Very good stay for the price I paid. Closer to city, beach and shops. Easy check in. Last time they refunded deposit on time. I will book again when I come to Sunderland next time.

Don't rent this house, I paid a deposit, I'm trying for 2 weeks, I still haven't received a deposit, they are lying. We hired 4 people. There were 3 beds. There was no soap in the toilet.

I didn’t even stop I rang up start of lockdown and they have still took payment months after I’ve cancelled and when I’ve rang up they said we don’t do refunds this company has well and truly robbed me , and I bet this has happened to many different people
