Was very pleased with this agent. Used for son to rent accommodation while on 12 mnth placement from Uni. Half expecting the unfair costs and fees that other agents take out of the deposit at the end, as experienced with the accommodation the previous year at uni but no, full deposit returned. Check in and check out done to accommodate us travelling down from the North. Son had no issues while there.

Booked an appointment and travelled very far from Birmingham. Was very disappointed when no actually Turned up to the viewing will not use again wasted £30 on fuel and other expenses for no reason.Emailed and callled no one picked up and haven't had a response since.

Worst Estate Agents, No problems solved, expensive fees and ridiculous cleaning costs.No Landlord should let their property with them if they want their tenants happy.
