Please don't sign any contract with this company. You need to give a notice within a certain period time on the contract only, not within the last 3 months time of the contract or whatsoever. Otherwise your contract will be renewed automatically without your consent and need to pay an another year or longer.I sent termination notice with recorded delivery . After 45 days i received email from Ash that We have not received it in the correct time frame. Luckily I have receipt from royal mail which i sent them.Please don't trust.

Stay way from this company! As stated in the other reviews, terrible company if I could give a zero rating I would. Rep totally misrepresented what was on offer and at what cost. Never once mentioned excess weight charges and the small print sets your weight, in my case 70kg for an 1100 ltd bin, this means it’s so easy to go over and most bills end up being over the quoted lift price. This coupled with the rolling nature of the contract has you locked in tight. An office representative of the company even admitted on the phone that they get this issue “quite a lot” but was not inclined to do anything about it. A neighbouring business has the same issue and have had to get an extra bin. Stay way from this company!

I advise everyone to not go to this place as they are the biggest liars on this planet. They are thieves and the bill is meant to be no more the £60, and they charged me £163 MONTHLY!!! IT’S ONLY MEANT TO BE £60!!! Please avoid at all costs.

I have just had their representative in , nice enough lady , but scare tactics , fines etc , if we don’t hire a company like them, after reading the reviews I am glad I didn’t sign up with them , they look like scam artists.Leave people alone , there is enough going on in the UK at the moment with companies trying to survive and make a living without people like these coming in for a visit.

This company is scam, Don’t waste your money with them!The worst company I have EVER dealt with. After signing a 12 month contract I was auto entolled for a further 3 years, with a 1 month cancellation period 5 months before this time is up. The yearly price increases dramatically +120% and is nowhere near initial cost. Once you sign the contract they don't want to know you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Zero service and charged £600 during lock down, completely lied to about them getting back to you when and continue to take your money by direct debit for zero service. I'm surprised know body has done anything about this company. And they continue to carry on with there dodgy contract.

Avoid like the plague! Most shocking company I have ever come across, they need reporting to trading standards & watchdog, read other reviews,I used these for 3 years then sold my Ltd company and the new buyer carried on using the service, he then went bust after 6 months and ash then came after me threatening me with court proceedings because the contract was in my name, I have had to agree a figure with them that I’ve. Ow got to pay because the contract had rolled over for another 3 years. I’ve got another Bussines now and there is no way I would use these scammers!!I also know 2 other Businesses that they have threatened with court for trying to cancel and both have had to pay large amounts to settle.

We signed a contract with ASH but after reading through the terms and conditions and all the details it didn't work out any better than our current provider so we used our 14 day 'cool off period' to inform them we didn't want to go ahead with the contract. 18 months later they are still trying to get money out of us for a renaged contract. Nasty phone calls, threatening letters of legal action. Not nice to have to deal with while trying to run a small business.

Terrible Company.Absolutely no customer service.Terminated our contract because of how terribly they treated us. Had to give 3 months notice for termination.Now, the contract has ended, they've emptied the waste but have not collected the skip for a week. Not responding to our calls or emails at all.Stay away from this company.

ALL COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY & STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM.They operate in a very shady way, the REP will ensure you are quoted the cheapest price but will not disclose additional weight charges in the quote, however these charges are written in the contract which unfortunately I overlooked. You are able to make changes mid contract but overall the damage was done, unethical & shady as all quotation emails failed to list or state any additional weight charges.Be mindful of your contract length, luckily I managed to get out after 12 months as was stated on my contract. You can only cancel 3 months in advance by writing, but when signing you can do so by email.Payment's taken in arrears,, my final bill they took payment for the complete month when my contract ended in the first week, after months of emails/Phone calls Finally March 21 (5 Months later) they have refunded some money to me.I'd recommend any waste management company over this lot, in all my years in business I'd rank this lot the worst I've ever dealt with.
