The engineer himself was extremely polite and very quick but the time was shocking. Booked between 12 and 1 but no contact and arrived at 2:20. The rating given is based on the lack of communication on the service providers part and zero offer of a discount for inconvenience. I felt this was over prices to begin with but no offer of discount was disgusting.
