Wild Swimming Woman

Oh my goodness this retreat Tara held was so wholesome. I felt relaxed, grounded and alive all at once. The most beautiful space and setting with a gorgeous lake to swim in and the sauna was incredible. Tara has such a beautiful aura and energy a real safe space to be in. I highly recommend her retreats.

I had the best time at the day retreat with Tara. I meet some amazing likeminded women as well. Tara was fantastic and lead the group with kindness and patience as some people hadn’t cold water swam before. The setting at 42 acres was just beautiful and we ended our day with home made vegan chocolate and apple cake. There were plenty of warming cups of tea as well. If your thinking of going on a day retreat with Tara I would definitely book yourself in ☺️

I thoroughly enjoyed my first session with Tara. I am new to wild swimming and felt a little nervous. Tara put me at ease immediately with her warm, friendly approach, encouragement and knowledge of wild swimming and the river. It felt a very safe experience and Tara’s enthusiasm for wild swimming was infectious. The tea and cake provided by Tara after the session were delicious and very welcome!I have signed up for the wild swimming walks Tara leads to benefit from her knowledge and experience as I build my confidence in wild swimming.I can highly recommend Tara as a person to really help and encourage you with your wild swimming journey.

The most amazing introduction to wild water swimming. Tara took myself and a group of friends on our first wild swim, we were apprehensive but didn’t need to be with Tara there to guide us through the process. She led us on a beautiful walk through bradford on Avon and out to our river swim location, we had a dip, much longer than I thought I’d last, then warmed up with some tea and homemade cake Tara had brought along for us. A truly lovely morning and I can’t wait to go again, highly recommend for anyone thinking about giving wild swimming a try!

It was great meeting Tara for a wild swimming session. She gave excellent advice and support which was really helpful. Tara is a lovely person and I felt like I was meeting up with an old friend. Would definitely recommend walking, swimming or talking with Tara!
