Absolutely dreadful service - no contact from them at all. Tried to say they attempted delivery - no card or phone call. When I spoke to girl on phone she admitted they don’t actually know when or even if a parcel is going to be delivered on the day !!???

2 part delivery 1 delivered ok. The second one seems to have disappeared into thin air. Was skanned onto a vehicle at 9.36 am Tuesday, should have been with us before 6 pm, 32 hours later still not delivered. Waiting for phone call back and we will see if they have a. located the van it was scanned onto. I do have the Reg no. etc. and b. if the large roll of carpet is still on the van. Hopefully we will not have to inform the police that it has gone missing...Good news a wonderful lady called Yvonne at M & H as sorted all this out for me. Just goes to show some people are bothered and do a great job. Thank You...Yvonne...you are a great asset to your company.

Would give zero stars if I could. 2 days in a row they didn't come when they said they would, having takilen time off work to accept delivery. Third day they came when they hadn't said they would (and of course noone was in) and the driver COMPLETELY ignored the instruction to leave the item in the designated place that had been given. Really unimpressed with the service

What an amazing company.When all the usual carriers you find on comparison sites such as Parcel2go baulked at the idea of taking a 3.5m length of cornice and an 18Kg package from Aberdeen to Fife, Stuart at M&H never batted an eyelid (insofar as I could detect eyelid batting over the phone).Here's the great thing though. They don't take plastic so I sent a cheque and the delivery took place in Fife the day after I sent the cheque which means they must have actioned the pickup as soon as I got off the phone.Customer service carrier of the year in my book !

I cannot praise M & H Carriers, Aberdeen enough. They went out of their way trying to help when a bike I ordered got lost on it's way to them due to the incompetency of DX Carriers. Eventually after many phone calls to M & H between us we realised that DX had misplaced it. A replacement bike was sent out and M & H very kindly left a voicemail to inform me that the bike had arrive at their depot in Aberdeen. Glen the delivery driver said he would phone just prior to delivery so I was able to make sure I was a home at the right time. Thank you once again to all concerned

Argyll depot post blatant lies in the tracking system, claim to have tried to deliver, made no attempt whatsoever, claimed the address was incorrect, but it was from Amazon via DPD using the correct address, claim to reschedule delivery at my request, when it was purely for their convenience, obviously to protect their relationship with DPD, service is bad enough but lying about their actions is appalling

Extremely poor service, Aberdeen depot has had our item since 25th March, ourselves , DX Delivery & original company we ordered through have been trying to contact you by phone and email. zero response,

Recently had to get help from the Aberdeen branch with regards to a delivery. Had the pleasure of having the lovely Yvonne help me resolve the issue. Yvonne went above and beyond, her friendly, professional approach reassured me from the start and restored my faith in courier services again. Thank you Yvonne :0)

Went to pick up a parcel that was too long for their vans at that time. Friendly efficient staff helped me with my parcel.

M&H Aberdeen have shown me that there are people willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Due to many delays from a large furniture supplier M&H ensured I received my order asap. Particular thanks to Derek, Joyce and the delivery lads. Thank you M&H.
