Don't eat here if your vegan. I'm vegetarian and my mother is lactose intolerant so I didn't care so much personally but my mother ordered a vegan burger to be safe and informed the staff she was allergic to cows milk products. The kitchen staff came out and told us they use the same fryer to cook a lot of the food including cheese. We risked it as we had been waiting a while and were hungry and luckily my mother wasn't ill after but if they are frying the vegan food with non vegan food. Then the vegan food is not vegan.Other than that it's a lovely restaurant and the staff are very polite and friendly.

Lovely as always .Staff were very busy today with large tables .Starters arrived very quickly and with our 1st drink orders ?Following drinks required calling for assistance , other visits had been along more accommodating .Will return as love all just a shame we felt alittle neglected on this occasion ..Let's hope this was a one off .Till the next time .

Great roof top bar with a lively vibe, as the name might suggest there is an array of cocktails on the drinks list as well as beers and wines. There is indoor and outdoor seating available on the roof with a lift to get up I'd you don't fancy walking. There is a restaurant on the second floor but I didn't venture in.

Great selection of cocktails, would highly recommend the vegan houmous starter, a generous amount of houmous! They had unfortunately run out of the vegan hanging meatballs so I switched to the katsu curry which was nice but would be better with more sauce. The vegan cauliflower burger was good, would have been better a bit warmer but the chips were defo the best! Lovely and crispyGood atmosphere and decor

First time to this restaurant and I was surprised how big it was. I liked the deco and amount of seating. Staff were polite. I can't say the service was over quick once you placed your order but were were not in a rush so it was fine. Nice menu but not many vegan options but I had the cauliflower burger which was really good. Nice selection of cocktails and drinks. So all in all a pleasant experience and will go again.

Everything we ordered was A1. Only thing that dampened the experience was that the waiter got 3 orders wrong and didn’t really come by to check on us during the course of the meal. I like that interaction while I eat.

Went last week for drinks. Great cocktails and friendly bar staff. It is a hidden gem - climb the stairs and you enter a wonderful 'garden' where the bar and restaurant are. Very pretty and atmospheric.

We came here for a weekend brunch and were really impressed. The 'build your own' aspect of that basically allows you to make your own continental/cooked/mixed brunch platter. All of the different things we selected were delicious, and to our surprise, the portion sizes were fair too. The restaurant interior is beautiful, with an artificial river and lots of greenery. This is a great place for friends' brunches, dates, etc.

We had a lovely Brunch at the Botanist Friday morning. We had a reservation that we took the same morning (you can book until 1h in advance). The aesthetics of the place is enchanting, the room is divided by plants and decorations which really allows you to have your preferred vibe at any visit. The music was loud enough to drown any conversation around but still allowing you to have a nice conversation without there being a need to shout.We tried many things on the menu and everything was really good. For 15£ we were full and ready to enjoy our day in the city !We also saw that there was a live piano show on Friday, Saturday and Sunday which we would love to enjoy next time we pass by. We will definitely come again !
