Got a Thor exhaust system fitted from them excellent job done and very happy with the price so would recommend them no problem

Have used moorfields for around 10 years and always been very happy with service. Recently I had an alternator replaced which took 3 days. Communication was poor as it was always me who had to make the calls. The part was eventually replaced so all was good although a headlamp had to be removed for access but wasn't replaced correctly.

Stuart went above and beyond to ensure problems within my van were sorted. I had a company look about 7/8 times at issue on my van getting reoccurring problems time n time again stressing me out as i need van for work. Cannot recommend moorfield motor services enough, great service and very reasonable too.

Fault Loss of power from bad fuel. Just want to thank you for getting my car running from the fuel issue. So over the moon it’s running and it runs flawlessly. I love my wee car (even tho it’s not as cool as the rally cars there) but it means so much and Andy helped me out so much, can’t thank him enough :)

Took my car in with a gearbox issue and intermittent power loss under acceleration and MOT,got car back as good as new and in a timely manner. Receptionist at desk polite and helpful at all times. More than happy to take my car back for any future work.

So far used them for maintenance and repair work on my cars, the job has always been done quick and efficiently and the pricing fair. Everyone is extremely friendly, they offer really great service and will be happy to advise you. Finding a garage you can trust is like finding a treasure.

Needed my jeeps transmission ECU software updated. Asked lots of different companies if they could carry out the update (including the jeep dealership) and none could do it.Took it to moorfield and it was done within the hour and at a very reasonable cost

Brought my car here on the recommendation of another mechanic due to an electrical problem suspected to be behind the dashboard. Instead of looking behind the dash, they found a problem with the towbar electrics which they fixed. I paid £168, drove my car away, same old problem occurred within about 2 minutes. It went back and they told me it would need a full strip down and an auto electrician to look at it. I asked if they would take at least some of the money I’d already paid off the auto electrician work which they refused saying they’d ‘fixed’ a problem and it was working before I collected it. Don’t believe that for a minute. Said I’d take the car away but when I went to get it they’d already started stripping it back claiming they think they knew what the problem was! Lo and behold they didn’t! To top things off, I was walking to the garage to collect it (again) at the time they said it would be ready and got a call to say it wasn’t! So had to about turn to walk the other direction and an extra mile to work and get a colleague to give me a lift to the place later in the day. Funnily enough when a mechanic was getting the car started he said it’s been narrowed down to being a problem with the dashboard!!! This place has caused me nothing but hassle and time (3 weeks to be precise) and I paid the best part of £200 for it!!! Avoid this place please.
