What an awful website have to spend ages on old calendar to go back for your DOB! Tried multiple times with multiple cards but still couldn't pay with their outdated system. Had to spend ages on phone to pay. Hopeless company.

I would give zero stars if I could. Made errors on my bill and wouldn't take payment, even though we agreed on the amount, until they had re-issued the invoice. Then they had the cheek to ask me to phone BUPA to get a code for payment changed - I did this but BUPA said they had never heard of a patient being asked to chase them up for this before. The correct invoice has now arrived after a lengthy delay but the link to payment won't accept payment. Have tried 4 times on 2 different cards. I have just phoned to pay but they are not available. Will have to make time to do this on Monday. Not impressed.

If i coulld give zero stars I would. I was chased for an invoce that I never received. On further investigation I found that all my details were emailed to another person! I made a complaint and asked for an explanation from a senior manager. After chasing them 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for someone to call me and apologise and explain why all GDPR regulations have been breached.

Tried to pay online with their antiquated looking website. Refused my valid card because I ticked no to OTP support. So I then re-entered all the info AGAIN and tried ticking the OTP support box and it still refused. Judging by the other reviews, this website fails almost always. What a cowboy outfit - my surgeon was great, but I won't be using her again as it's too much hassle paying and will use someone else in future.Edit: rang to pay. Was answered by someone who didn't give their name. Sounded bored and rude the whole call, as if they just wanted me to get off the line. Terrible company and the boss just cuts and pastes a standard reply to anyone who gives them a bad review. They clearly don't care about their clients or their customers one bit. I only wish I could give them zero stars.

This company's online payment system is appalling. I wasted half an hour trying to make the payment online as it kept stating I hadn't entered my correct card details. I called them after my third attempt and was told their online system wasn't working - if I'd seen a message with that information when I was trying to pay online rather than the message it gave me it would have saved a lot of my time. Payment couldn't be taken over the phone when I called. I was told their system was slow processing my card and they'd call me if the payment couldn't be taken. When my payment eventually was taken I received an email confirming this from 'cybersource' with no reference to Medbc - very confusing. Not a satisfactory patient experience.

This company refuse to contact me about a dispute which can be easily sorted by 1 phone call. It has been 4-5 months of me emailing and calling. Yet they passed on the simple dispute to debt collectors. They are ridiculous! Can’t quite believe it.It’s quite weird that they won’t get back to me now I have an issue. They seem like scam artists as when I owed £100 for a consultation they hounded me for that payment and told me I was being unfair to the dr for not paying. (I was actually away and not contactable on my phone the week they called - as soon as I got home I sorted the payment)No one gives their names during correspondence.It has tarnished a good relationship with my surgeon over this and I am afraid to go back to the dr/surgeon about any medical issues due to this.I’ve had to seek legal action against them. The amount of trauma I’ve endured via an operation and now this has been distressing. They do not care. The hospital involved have assured me that all £3000+ worth of medical bills have been paid.

This company takes payments without sending an invoice copy or a receipt. No authorisation code given for the payment either. I called them up and someone called Sophie Long hang up the phone in my face once she realised she could not help me with an invoice copy. RUDE!! You take payment you cannot send invoices for, this is an audit fail!!!!

I was Quoted £84 for treatment but was billed for £168 by Civica - not their mistake ...BUT... it was impossible to contact them. The initial email was returned but a subsequent email was never answered. The telephone number I rang had an answer phone. I left a message but never received a reply. I eventually managed to get the bill rectified through another channel but it took over an hour.
