Very disappointed.Got in touch with Jonathan to batch dye cotton fabric to Pantone reference; Nice, friendly and easy to get a hold of initially.Couriered our sample fabric and Pantone swatches back in November for a lab dip and then bulk. After our initial contact, there was no effort on their behalf to communicate and I had to periodically follow up to check on progress, leaving messages/emails that weren't returned. After a few months of being told it will be delayed, we were informed they had lost our items. I am still waiting on a call back to hear if they eventually found the items, 7 months later.Due to their error it means we have spent time and money on a courier, swatches and fabric that we will not get back; If you have ever ordered from Pantone you will understand that swatches cannot be replaced independently. Most importantly, we were left in the dark and used a lot of valuable time, when we could have been working with other dyers.No attempt made to rectify the issue and very poor professionalism. We would not use this company again and advise caution if you decide to.

Amazing at what they do, and the only ones who do it traditionally. Great people to work WITH, to work FOR is another question. Top lads who work there!!
