What a great experience I had today at to good to auction Southampton. Amazing selection of cars available and what was even nicer is the salesman helping me try out the boot sizes for the pushchair. Knowledge of the sales team was great! Even got a welcoming hello from the sales manager George! Looking forward to collect my new car from you soon!

I purchased a Mini Countryman from TGTA Southampton and enjoyed the whole experience. The customer care shown by Sales executive Patrick Worth was superb, he is highly experienced in the motor trade and his realism, positive manner and empathy made the entire deal very straightforward. The car was prepared and ready for purchase exactly on time, all the administrative arrangements were dealt with by Patrick and I drove away in a well-priced car with a 12-month warranty and other insurance benefits. I will definitely use Patrick and the Snow's team again. I cannot fault the service they provided. Excellent, many thanks.

I’ve bought lovely car from this dealership, before to this I sent email explaining that’s I am deaf and don’t do phone call and asking can replying by email back to forth and this lovely man called Neil and he dealing so well. Book appointment and test drive the car I wanted Andi really enjoy the car and bought it and he sort out everything so well and make sure I got everything and I’m happy with. Thank you so much Neil.

I bought a beautiful Vauxhall Agila from these guys last week and I couldn't be more satisfied with both the car and the overall experience. Neil is an amazing sales man and made the purchase day an extra special experience. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I never write reviews but this is a first.If I could I would give 0.Neil is an angel in your business, he has helped me more then the manager George and Nathan himself, as they are so quick to dismiss.If you want to make business with them make sure you only deal with Neil as he’s the one actually making the business strive.I’m waiting over a month for my money back as I had to pay for a repair without this being my fault. The manager George clearly doesn’t open his mail box and so does Nathan. So quick to take money of you but when it comes to dealing with the issue caused everyone runs away. So quick to dismiss you on the phone and when you’re trying to get answers no answers given but wasting time constantly calling the business and writing emails with no reply for over 13 days.Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

I have no hesitation in giving Patrick and the team a five star review, I could not be happier with the service we received from them. From the moment we walked on to the forecourt we felt looked after and Patrick helped us find the car we wanted and a deal which we were really happy with. Patrick is fair, honest and really easy to deal with - didn't feel like we were talking to a 'car salesman' at all really! I will definitely be returning when we next need a car.

Purchased an Audi a4 initially I thought the car was ok but did find it funny how the car wasn’t properly washed on the day when I came to pick it up. the car started to develop a smell of burning oil and on further inspection the car had been in a crash at some point ,bonnet & headlight not lining up and back arch is badly repaired , was told that’s it’s a mass produced car , pictures and proof supplied and they admitted that it does look like it was crashed and repaired but no redress offered for this. Samuel The business manager rang me , he was quite abrupt he offered to investigate the smell of burning oil but totally disregarded the body work issues , I currently have a chargeback open with my card company as the car cannot be driven and snows didn’t want to entertain me ,Samuel accused me of not giving the company a change to comment on the issues I have with the car , details pictures were supplied , the whole experience has been dreadful , I simply wanted a safe car that I can go from a to b without having to worry , this is not what I got I am now stuck without a car I can drive and £13500 down the drain. I did give Samuel and the company many times to make things right, I didn’t want to write this review but I believe people should know before you buy anything from here , it’s still not late to make things right !*update nobody has attempted to call me since despite several promises to, will have to take further legal action if nobody gets in touch*

Purchased a car from salesman Neil. Fantastic service throughout. He was very professional, listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. It was an easy and very pleasant experience. Would definitely highly recommend Neil.
